Products: Refunds are available for eligible products that are defective, damaged, or not as described. Customers must initiate a refund request within 7 days of receiving the product. Products must be returned in their original condition, including all accessories, manuals, and packaging. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations may not qualify for a refund.
Services: Refunds for service-based offerings (e.g., rental services, CC CAM installations) will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will not be provided for services already completed or initiated unless there is a clear issue with the service delivery.
To request a refund, contact our customer support at support@deskonindia.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process and, if approved, provide return instructions.
Once the product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5 business working days. Customers will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
Refunds for rental services or project-based services (e.g., CC CAM installations) will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are not available for services already completed or initiated.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the return is due to an error on DeskOn’s part.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times may vary based on the bank or payment gateway provider.
