Rental Services

Customers can raise rental requests via deskonindia.com after account validation. Rental requests are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to deny any request without prior notice.

Rental periods, terms, and fees will be clearly communicated to the customer upon request approval. The customer is responsible for maintaining the rented equipment in proper working condition and will be liable for any damages.

Sales of Products

DeskOn offers both brand new and refurbished items for sale. Detailed descriptions, images, and specifications are provided to help users make informed decisions.

Availability, prices, and descriptions of products may change without prior notice. All purchases are subject to DeskOn’s acceptance.

Payment Terms

Payment must be completed at the time of order placement, and we accept a variety of payment methods, including credit/debit cards, net banking, and UPI for domestic payments, and secure payment gateways for international transactions.

We ensure that all payments are processed securely. DeskOn is not liable for any unauthorized transactions made using your payment credentials.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping fees, where applicable, will be added to the order total and are non-refundable.
